Job Summary:
Advantice Health is looking for an experienced and results-driven Amazon Media Senior Manager, to lead and scale our Amazon advertising strategy across the Amazon ecosystem and retailer.com. This role will be responsible for leveraging our internal tools to craft, execute, and optimize media campaigns to drive sales, increase brand visibility, and enhance our competitive edge on Amazon. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with Amazon's ad offerings—including Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP—and experienced in deploying a "test, learn, scale" approach to continuously refine and expand campaign performance. You will work cross-functionally with brand, sales, supply, and finance teams to maximize the impact of our Amazon media investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Amazon Media Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement a strategic media approach across Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brand Videos, Sponsored Display, and Sponsored TV to achieve sales and TACOS targets.
    • Support DSP strategy and execution with agency partnerships across all brands.
    • Lead the creation and execution of scalable campaigns that align with product launches, seasonal promotions, and broader Amazon strategy goals.
    • Establish a robust "test, learn, scale" framework to systematically evaluate new ad formats, bidding strategies, and audience segments, adapting quickly based on performance insights.
  2. Test, Learn, Scale Process Management:
    • Stay up-to-date on latest capability roll-outs and beta programs.
    • Drive a continuous testing mindset, piloting new ad types, creative elements, and audience segments to uncover opportunities for enhanced performance.
    • Analyze test outcomes, derive actionable insights, and prioritize strategies that yield high NTB conversion for scale.
    • Implement data-backed learnings to continuously evolve and improve media strategies, ensuring scalability and adaptability across campaigns and products.
  3. Campaign Optimization & Budget Management:
    • Oversee campaign setup, bidding strategies, budget allocations, and optimization tactics to meet defined KPIs.
    • Leverage Amazon Advertising tools and data analytics to monitor real-time performance and proactively adjust tactics to achieve profitable growth.
    • Conduct regular A/B testing on creative, targeting, and placements to fine-tune campaign effectiveness and maximize conversion.
    • Maintain a regular cadence of refreshing creative around peak season and/or tent pole events throughout the year.
  4. Data-Driven Analysis & Reporting:
    • Leverage internal reporting tools (Intentwise) for AI generated insights on campaign performance, analyze and decide to action any optimizations.
  • Work closely with agency partners for continuous performance tracking and provide regular updates on Amazon media impact to key stakeholders.
  • Utilize Amazon Attribution, AMC, and other analytics platforms to understand customer journey insights, attribution, and incremental sales impact, ensuring media spend optimization.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with brand, sales, and finance teams to ensure Amazon media strategies align with broader business goals and brand messaging.
    • Partner with Amazon account managers and agency partners to leverage best practices, explore new tools, and stay updated on Amazon’s latest advertising innovations.
    • Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce high-impact ad assets tailored to Amazon’s unique shopper journey.
  2. Stay Ahead of Amazon Trends & Innovations:
    • Continuously monitor Amazon’s evolving ad platform, tools, and targeting capabilities to identify opportunities for brand and sales growth.
    • Test and adopt new Amazon ad formats and capabilities to ensure first-mover advantages where relevant, sharing learnings and best practices with broader teams.
    • Represent Amazon advertising insights and strategies to internal stakeholders, promoting a data-driven approach to growth on the Amazon platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to Amazon Advertising, including experience with Amazon DSP and Sponsored Ads.
  • Proven success in implementing "test, learn, scale" frameworks within Amazon's ad ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven campaign management and budget optimization.
  • Experience in developing and executing Amazon media strategies that drive consistent, measurable results.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategy recommendations.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Amazon Attribution, AMC, and other relevant reporting/analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Amazon Advertising Certification.
  • Experience in E-Commerce, CPG, or direct-to-consumer brands with Amazon presence.
  • Familiarity with other digital ad platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta, is a plus.
