What we’re looking for:
TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our E-commerce team in optimizing the Amazon marketplace performance. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, along with a strong background in Amazon operations. Key responsibilities include data mining, managing claims in our CRM, conducting audits, and supporting promotional funding agreements. Proficiency in Excel and excellent problem-solving skills are essential. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform data mining and generate reports related to Amazon marketplace performance and analytics.
- Create and manage FCA (Freight Claims Allowances) and claims in the CRM system, including processing promotional allowances and back-end rebates.
- Support Amazon marketplace operations through test buys and managing product samples.
- Handle audits of e-commerce accounts, including resolving claims and price variance disputes.
- Assist the sales team with creating promotional funding contracts and agreements.
- Conduct daily price checks, including monitoring coupons, deal badges, and promotional offers, while maintaining an up-to-date promotional calendar.
- Oversee the creation of claims documentation and escalate any issues related to claims as necessary.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the e-commerce team.
Requirements
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 1-3+ years prior sales-related experience - Consumer electronics preferred.
- Amazon seller/vendor relevant business background, required.
- E-commerce relevant business background is strongly preferred.
- Technical knowledge in the CE industry is a plus.
- Skilled in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Basic formulas, and data organization
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members to solve issues and quickly address concerns.
- Adaptable to the fast-paced industry & retail demands
- Strong work ethic with high energy and initiative
- Highly detail oriented and precise in work
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Organized and a Problem solver.
Benefits
Salary: $60-70K DOE & Annual Bonus
