We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while providing exceptional patient care. As a Dental Assistant, you will assist either the dentist or hygienist during procedures, manage patient records, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Duties
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including endodontics and general dentistry.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment following aseptic techniques.
- Utilize 3D scanners for imaging and assist in creating accurate dental models.
- Maintain accurate medical records and patient histories within our systems.
- Provide support in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency during treatments.
- Educate patients on post-operative care and general oral hygiene practices.
- Ensure the dental operatory is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with various dental procedures.
- Experience in assisting with endodontics or general dentistry is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical records management systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform vital sign checks accurately.
- Strong understanding of four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Commitment to maintaining aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Certification as a Dental Assistant or equivalent experience is preferred.
