We’re seeking an enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our team in a family-oriented practice. This full-time role offers a great opportunity to gain experience in the dental field while providing excellent patient care. Our ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should have Dental Assisting experience, a Polishing and X-Ray License, and a willingness to learn new technologies like iTero. Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude are essential. Schedule: Full Time

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 10am - 7pm
• Friday 7am - 4pm
• Saturday as needed 8am - 3pm

Compensation:

• Determined on experience, $20-32 per hour

Duties for our Dental Assistant (DA) Include:

• Welcome patients in the dental office
• Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
• Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry

Qualifications:

• Dental Assisting Experience
• Polishing and X-Ray License
• Flexible Availability: Able to work closing shifts until 7 PM, offering flexibility to meet the practice’s needs.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting, maintaining efficiency and accuracy even under pressure.
• iTero Knowledge / Willingness to Learn
• Patient Education: Comfortable discussing oral hygiene and treatment options with patients, helping them understand procedures and feel at ease.
