About the Role
We’re searching for a Certified Dental Assistant who brings experience, energy, and a warm touch to patient care. In this role, you’ll support specialized treatment services and play a key part in our patients’ journeys to improved health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting patient intake, check-in, and check-out
  • Reviewing patient medications and health history documentation
  • Scheduling and managing patient appointments and follow-ups
  • Processing billing and collecting payments with accuracy
  • Providing exceptional customer service on phone and email
  • Scanning documents, managing patient records, and sending reports
  • Detailed communication with doctors, patients, and referring offices to ensure smooth care coordination

What We’re Looking For:

  • Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification (required)
  • Experience in essential dental assisting tasks, including impressions, scanning, panoramic x-rays, and model preparation
  • Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and reliability
  • Exceptional communication skills and a caring approach to patient interaction
  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment and a commitment to quality patient care

Preferred (but not required) Experience:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (OneNote, Word)

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour (DOE)
  • Benefits: 401(k), health insurance, paid training, free parking, and employee discounts
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, day shift with no weekends
