Overnight Baker Job at Wright's Gourmet House in Tampa

Professional baking experience required. Overnight Shift.
We are passionate about adding joy to people's lives!

Bakers:

• Bake cakes, pies, cookies, and dessert bars from our recipes
• Hand-roll pie crusts
• Assist other prep stations, especially our cake decorators, as needed
• Assist guests in our open kitchen

We're looking for people who:

• Love to work with people
• Preferably possess at least 1 year of baking* experience within the past two (2) years in a high-volume bakery, hotel, restaurant, banquet, caterer or similar operation
• Expertly bake cakes, pies, cookies, and dessert bars and works quickly and precisely
• Thrive in a busy, organized environment
• Enjoy teamwork and helping customers
• Understand that hospitality staff works when others are playing, especially on Saturdays and during the Holiday Season (Nov. 1 through Dec. 31)
• Welcome a smoke-free, drug-free environment
• Agree to a pre-employment background check (criminal and driving). (Note: a criminal record does not disqualify one from being hired. We handle these circumstances on a case-by-case basis.)
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
