IRP & Drug Testing Services

We are a growing company looking for an administrative/ medical assistant that can handle a variety of tasks, with the ability to prioritize and execute them timely and effectively. This position will require some basic office, computer, and communication skills. Experience in customer service and sales would be helpful. Your abilities to learn quickly and work independently are important. This is a full-time position.

Phlebotomy certified/ Blood collection required

Job Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Vehicle registration
  • Enrolling Business in Drug Testing Program
  • Contacting Customers and Potential Customers
  • Inventory Log and Tracking
  • Customer Follow Up Calls and Reminders
  • Obtain Information and Prepare Contracts
  • Clerical Tasks (phones, filing, data entry, emails, etc.)
  • Occasional Errands

  • MMR Vaccine #1
  • MMR Vaccine #2
  • TB/PPD Skin Test- 1 step only
  • TB/PPD Test 1

  • Varicella Vaccine #1
  • Varicella Vaccine #2
  • Drug Testing
Skill needed:

OFFICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

If you have experience with vehicle registration/ trucking paperwork is plus
Must be a fast learner.
Good Communication Skills (phone and written)
Highly Organized & amp; Detail Oriented
Experience with QuickBooks
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Proficient with Microsoft Word
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook
Sales Experience is a Plus
Customer Service Experience is a Plus
*Reliable transportation necessary*

Must be an independent worker.
