Volt has recently partnered with Corteva! We are immediately hiring a contract Administrative Assistant at the Indianapolis, IN. location!

 

As an Administrative Assistant you will:

  • Manage calendars by scheduling appointments and travel arrangement for function leaders.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including calendar invitations and phone calls.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Act as a primary point of contact with external/ internal stakeholders, liaising to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Organize / plan large meetings and events including agenda development.
  • Manage expense reports.
  • Coordinate and oversee special projects.

Full Time long term contract
1st shift

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in similar role (minimum 1 year).
  • Value serving the business and our customers, so you are willing and able to work overtime as needed.
  • Attention to detail and your organizational skills are outstanding! You have excellent verbal, interpersonal, and writing skills.
  • Experienced and confident in your ability, proficient in use of Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc. Proficiency such as SharePoint/TEAMS and Concur is a plus.


Pay Rate: $21/hr.

 

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
