About the role

Rippling is looking for a proactive, always-one-step-ahead Administrative Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to two executives in our business. We are running hard in a hyper-growth environment with fast-changing priorities, and we need your organizational skills to keep us on track.

What you will do

  1. Manage calendars including scheduling and preparation for internal and external meetings, 1:1s, interviews, and team events
  2. Ensure your executives have the information they need to be successful every day
  3. Ensure time is spent on the highest priority issues, shifting non-pressing engagements and to-dos to accommodate
  4. Organize domestic and international travel (flights, lodging, transportation, visas) and team onsites, as needed
  5. Take on special projects as they arise, coordinating from idea to plan to execution and post-mortem
  6. Prepare and edit presentations, communications, and other documents
  7. Build cross-team relationships, and advocate and promote Rippling’s culture

What you will need

  2. Calm under pressure, emotional maturity, strong communicator
  3. Drive to research and exhaust all options, creatively solving problems and making things happen
  4. Use good business judgment to assess and manage ever-changing priorities, pivoting when needed
  5. Bringing organization to anything and everything
  6. Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment
  7. Experience managing complex calendars, optimizing whenever possible, and expecting and handling last-minute changes with confidence
  8. Startup background or experience working in a hyper-growth environment preferred
