Responsibilities:


• Handle inbound communication and direct calls as necessary

• Provide top-notch customer service to clients and colleagues alike

• Manage data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency

• Correspond via email with clients and team members, ensuring clear and effective communication

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook to complete tasks and manage correspondence

• Schedule appointments and meetings as required

• Ensure all customer records are up-to-date and accurate

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action as needed

• Balance inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service acumen, with an ability to handle queries and complaints professionally
• Excellent data entry skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally, showcasing excellent written communication skills
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and spreadsheet management
• Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars and contacts
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating effective presentations
• Strong command of Microsoft Word for drafting correspondence and documents
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring optimal time management.
