Responsibilities:
• Execute back-office duties to support the smooth operation of the office
• Bind reports, ensuring they are copied and bound accurately and efficiently
• Organize and manage mailings, ensuring they are sent out in a timely manner
• Utilize Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create and manage documents such as engagement letters
• Demonstrate excellent letter-writing skills, including setting up and writing letters
• Manage columns in Excel, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry
• Perform other job duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Work on different projects, showing the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exhibit team player attributes, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
• Utilize skills in Administrative Assistance, Composing Letters, Filing, Rebinding, and Bulk Mailings to perform tasks effectively.
• Prior experience in administrative assistance within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in composing professional letters and correspondence
• Demonstrated experience in filing and record-keeping practices
• Skills in rebinding documents and materials
• Experience in managing bulk mailings and related administrative tasks
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
