Admin Assistant: Marengo, IL
Our customer in Marengo, Illinois, is seeking a motivated Admin Assistant to join their team on 1st shift. In this full-time role, you will assist with customer orders, process invoices, and handle various administrative tasks, requiring proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders and update details in the ERP system (Sales Pad)
- Process invoices and track payments
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reports, data management, and communication
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and colleagues via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain accurate records for accounts receivable and payable
- Ensure reliable transportation and punctuality for work and deliveries as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Sales Pad) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
Pay for Admin Assistant:
- Pay Rate: $18 - $25/hour
