Job Description

Akkodis is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). Responsibilities include providing executive support by managing calendars, preparing presentations, and ensuring the efficient flow of information across teams.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Administrative Assistant job responsibilities include:

Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.

Assisting with strategic projects and creating presentations, reports, and analysis.

Taking meeting notes and tracking action items to support efficiency and accountability.

Communicating with leadership and team members to gather and convey relevant information.

Organizing and maintaining internal and external event calendars and key deadlines.

Providing back-up administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and timely completion of tasks.

Preparing and submitting expense reports using tools like Concur and Ariba (if applicable).

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

2-3 years of administrative support experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook calendar management.

Experience in Banking/Financial Services preferred.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
