Oxford Solutions has a client looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Accounts Payable Associate to join their team. 

Essential Functions

• Process invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts payable activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to address payment inquiries.
• Support the team with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• A high GPA reflecting strong academic performance.
• Entry level to 1 year of accounts payable or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
