We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the event planning industry. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess a passion for organizing and executing successful events. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced event planners to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings.

Pay Range: $900 - $1250 per week

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of various events, including corporate meetings and social gatherings.
- Support event logistics, including venue setup, catering arrangements, and audiovisual needs.
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain and update event schedules and timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Assist in the creation of event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.
- Onsite event support, including registration, attendee assistance, and trouble-shooting.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative when necessary.
- Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
