We are seeking an experienced refrigeration and air conditioning technician to join our business continuity company, serving commercial real estate clients, restaurants, labs, and other clients that have large-scale refrigeration and air conditioning needs. If you have at least 3 years of refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance experience and are a team player who wants a collaborative environment to grow your career, we would love to speak with you.

Qualifications for the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician:

  • Minimum of three years of experience with refrigeration systems. HVAC experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of heat exchange concepts, refrigeration systems, maintenance and repair of refrigeration, heating, and cooling systems
  • Valid Driver's License
  • OSHA - 10 certification a plus
  • Experience with HVAC/Refrigeration controls and smart devices


Responsibilities for the Refrigeration & Air conditioning Technician:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems.
  • Ensure optimal functioning of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to handle emergency service calls.
