Artemis Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Journeyman HVAC Lead Manager to oversee installations from start to finish, commission systems using best practices, and take pride in delivering exceptional results. This position requires leadership skills, technical expertise, and hands-on involvement to ensure job progression and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install geothermal systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, and air conditioners.
• Oversee ductwork installation and communicate effectively with project managers.
• Direct and mentor installers, ensuring smooth job progression and high efficiency.
• Perform preventative maintenance, new installations, and service work as needed.
• Lead by example, performing hands-on work alongside the team.
• Attend geothermal training to enhance expertise in system installations.

Expectations:

• Manage projects from inception to completion.
• Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Ensure systems are commissioned using industry best practices.

What We Offer:

• Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000/year (based on experience) + project bonuses.
• Schedule: No more than 50 hours per week; no sales goals.
