Job Summary:
Dwyer Services, a leading HVAC company in Manasquan, New Jersey, is seeking a skilled and experienced Heating and Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the HVAC industry and be able to work independently as an individual contributor.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range of $80,000 to $125,000 per year, paid weekly.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients.
- Perform diagnostic tests to identify and repair malfunctions in heating and cooling systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of HVAC equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Comply with all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.
- Familiarity with local and state building codes and regulations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
