Job Description: Experienced Service Technician (North County, San Diego)

We are actively seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our company. We are a commercial real estate investment group with a portfolio of 40 properties. This position will involve servicing HVAC split systems, heat pumps, and mini splits for our buildings as well as occasional 3-5ton replacement jobs. Compensation is hourly, not commission based, and we expect technicians to repair, not sell. We provide medical, 401(k)+ matching benefits as well as company paid vacation, sick and holiday time. We consistently have year-round work. Typical hours are 7AM to 4PM.

Responsibilities:

·       Maintenance & service repairs within safety guidelines for commercial properties.

·       Must be able to work individually while maintaining exceptional customer service.

·       Trouble-shooting and problem-solving.

·       Have attention to detail and a desire to see the job done right the first time.

·       Self-management will be required for diligent tracking and reporting on job status and schedule.

Qualifications:

·       4+ year experience as a service technician.

·       Valid Driver's License and clean DMV record.

·       Excellent technical and communication skills.

·       Must have own hand tools. Company will provide larger tools such as vacuum pumps, scales, and gauges.

·       EPA Type II Certified

Pay: $80K per year ($38/hr)
