We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tool and Mold Maker to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining molds, dies, and fixtures used in manufacturing processes. This role requires a high level of precision, attention to detail, and proficiency in machining and toolmaking techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine requirements for tooling and molds.
• Use a variety of machine tools and equipment, including lathes, mills, grinders, and EDM machines, to fabricate and finish precision components.
• Construct and assemble molds, dies, and fixtures according to design specifications, ensuring accuracy and proper fit.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on existing tooling and molds to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot issues with tooling and molds, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production personnel to optimize tooling designs for manufacturability and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of tooling maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
• Adhere to safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment.
