Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a high-energy kitchen environment is essential, particularly with renowned brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt.
  • Passion for Culinary Excellence: Knowledge of modern culinary techniques, a commitment to sustainable sourcing, and a flair for presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team, cultivating an environment that’s as fun as it is focused on guest satisfaction.
