Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a mid-level Data Analyst in the Minneapolis, MN area!

Location: Minneapolis, MN - (must be local to the Minneapolis, MN area)

Role Type: Direct Hire Rate: 90k-105k

Description: Open to candidates who have worked in AWS or Azure but need to be open to work in GCP.

Design and build data analytic solutions from concept to implementation in an agile environment.
Participate in the full systems development lifecycle, including providing estimates, gathering reporting requirements, profiling data, establishing designs, building queries and front-end designs, performing code reviews, quality assurance, and deploying solutions. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure backend data structures and semantic layer are designed properly and fit-for-purpose.
Ensure overall reporting solution quality, reliability, and performance.
Provide operational support and maintenance on reporting solutions, including incident management and troubleshooting for issue resolution.
Support upgrades, configuration and troubleshooting for BI tools.
Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology or related field.
3+ years of experience in a data analyst role. related, progressive roles
Strong skills in both Python and SQL
Need to have strong Tableau experience for data visualization. (LOOKER is a plus)
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.
Knowledge and fluency with relevant programming languages like Python or R
Experience creating intuitive user interfaces for decision support.
Hands-on experience in full systems development lifecycle for reporting and BI solutions
