Our client is in search of a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The role involves providing strategic advice to stakeholders, understanding and addressing core business problems, and generating new data views. The candidate will be a key part of our team, engaging with the business and handling business meetings, even in ambiguous scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize technology skillset, including PowerBI, Salesforce, SQL queries, to extract and analyze data

• Offer strategic advice based on data insights to stakeholders

• Understand and address core business problems using data analytics

• Engage effectively with the business and handle business meetings

• Collaborate with teams, managers, and senior analysts to achieve business objectives

• Reimagine and build out reporting for the Customer Experience part of the business

• Create a fresh roadmap for business operations based on data analysis

• Generate new data views to provide comprehensive business insights.

• A minimum of 7 years experience in a data analyst role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking.
• Strong experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Demonstrated ability to perform Gap Analysis to identify performance deficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word for data processing and documentation.
• Experience in AB Testing to validate outcomes and improve processes.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies to manage and complete projects.
• Understanding of Business Process Functions within the manufacturing sector.
• Proven capability to develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents.
• Experience in Claim Administration, especially within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Qlik, and Tableau for creating interactive data visualizations.
• Ability to communicate complex data in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
