Bay Point Landing - Seasonal Cook
Line Cook Summary:
The Line Cook position will be seasonal with Full Time employment from March to October. There may be opportunities in the winter season with flexibility. The line cook will work with the opening kitchen manager for the food truck on property. This position may grow with the implementations of food & beverage offering. The line cook will be flexible in duties and position to accommodate year-round full time employment and be a key player in the development and growth of the food & beverage offering.
Primary duties:
•Daily preparation and execution of all food truck menu items to a high level of guest satisfaction
•Performing regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels
•Reinforce guest experience standards and create delightful experiences.
•Ensure all quality standards of the brand are adhered to
•Operate in adherence to standards set by Oregon Department of Health and all federal, state and local regulations
•Represent the Bay Point Landing brand and adhere to and support all practices, policy and procedure
Qualifications:
•Minimum of 2 years of food preparation and/or educational equivalent
•Must pass and maintain Servesafe Foodhandler Certification
•Strong organizational skills
•Thrives in a fast paced, collaborative team environment
•Excellent communication skills with team members and guests
