Our distribution center in New Brighton specializes in distributing cleaning products for large facilities. This role primarily involves handling our small parcel desk. The responsibilities include pulling orders to be sent out via FedEx, UPS, or LTL for 50% of the day, operating a cherry picker for 5% of the time, and printing labels at the shipping desk for FedEx and UPS for 50% of the time.
Responsibilities- Pull orders to be sent out via FedEx, UPS, or LTL.
- Operate a cherry picker to retrieve products from high racks.
- Stand at the shipping desk to print labels for FedEx and UPS.
- Ensure accurate and timely shipment of products.
- At least 6 months of Warehouse Associate experience, including order picking, shipping, and inventory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with most products weighing between 15-30 lbs.
- Consistent work history with no more than 2 jobs in the past 3 years.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping or ERP system.
- Cherry picker or forklift experience.

Work EnvironmentThe warehouse is very clean and organized, with high racks for pulling orders up to 3 levels high using a cherry picker. Employees need to wear closed-toed shoes and can wear shorts in the summer. The facility is large and busy, with 20 people on the 1st shift and 15 people on the 2nd shift. The 1st shift operates from 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime based on shipment needs.
