Randstad USA is hiring: Warehouse Supervisor in North Haven

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team! You will oversee operations of the team within the warehouse.  

Operations Management:

• Plan, organize, and oversee the daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and shipping.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and minimize operational costs.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure adequate coverage for daily operations.

Inventory and Quality Control:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee cycle counting and stock audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure quality standards are met for incoming and outgoing goods.
