Volt is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Ridgeland, SC

 

As a Warehouse Associate, you will: 

  • Order Processing: Receive, verify, and sort incoming shipments; prepare and ship orders.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, conduct cycle counts, and ensure proper labeling and placement of stock.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Safety and Maintenance: Promote a culture of safety and assist with building and grounds maintenance. 
 

This is a Full-Time position.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Experience: 1-2 years warehouse experience
  • Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations and mathematical skills; excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification preferred.
  • Attributes: Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work with a sense of urgency. Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and climb ladders. 
 

 Pay rate: $17 hr.

 

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
