Schedule/Shift Details-Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm


This position is a temp to hire position

Integrity Trade Services is IMMEDIATELY hiring for the production department and topping department AND dough room at a family owned & operated establishment in Woodridge, IL.

WORKING IN DOUGH ROOM IS HEAVY LIFTING-MONDAY-FRIDAY AND SUNDAY-THURSDAY SHIFTS

Responsibilities:
  • Person needed to work in ingredient rooms. Cheese room, meat room or dough room.
  • Making dough balls and putting doughballs on the press.
  • Must follow our GMPs and safety guidelines.
  • Need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • They will be working in cold conditions(sweater recommended but not mandatory)
  • They will be required to learn different positions in different ingredient rooms.
  • Fast pace at times.
  • From 1:30 to 3pm (ingredient rooms done for the day) they will be required to work on the line making dough balls. Need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as well.
Location: Woodridge, IL

Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a standing position for entire shift 
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
  • Observe all plant safety, GMP and allergen procedures and attend appropriate training sessions

  • IL Paid Leave for All Workers
An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.  The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment.  An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment.  Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave
  • 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.
Eligibility:  Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.  Entry dates into the 401(k) are:  1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.  As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
