JOB SUMMARY:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join their dynamic team. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory, and leading a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Implement and improve warehouse processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warehouse operations promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
