Position Overview:
As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, managing a team of 40+ associates responsible for receiving, packing, and picking orders. This role is ideal for a highly organized and process-driven leader with excellent communication skills who can implement and improve warehouse processes. You'll lead by example, provide training, and ensure accountability across the department to drive productivity and maintain a high standard of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Training:
Lead, train, and oversee a team of 40+ warehouse associates, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork. Implement and enforce training programs to ensure associates are well-versed in warehouse operations and safety protocols.Process Implementation & Improvement:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse processes, focusing on receiving, packing, and picking operations. Ensure that all processes are adhered to and consistently evaluated for efficiency and accuracy.Operational Efficiency:
Monitor daily warehouse activities and KPIs, adjusting staffing levels and workflows as necessary to meet production demands. Ensure all warehouse operations align with company standards for productivity and accuracy.Communication & Collaboration:
Maintain clear communication with team members, other departments, and senior management to ensure seamless operations. Act as a key point of contact for warehouse-related inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams on shared goals.Accountability & Performance Management:
Set and enforce performance standards for all associates, providing regular feedback and addressing performance issues. Foster an environment of accountability, where each team member takes ownership of their role.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related supervisory role. Experience managing large teams and implementing warehouse processes is essential.Skills:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable.Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods if needed.
