Pay Rate: $17.50 - $18.00 Per Hr

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products within the warehouse. This role ensures that products are accurately packed, shipped, and documented in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and Process Shipments: Unload and accurately receive incoming shipments. Inspect items for damage and report any discrepancies.
• Pick, Pack, and Ship Orders: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks, cycle counts, and restocking shelves as needed.
• Load and Unload Trucks: Safely load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.).
• Maintain Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards. Ensure that items are stored in their proper locations.
• Operate Warehouse Equipment: Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as necessary (training provided if needed).
• Ensure Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. Report any unsafe conditions or equipment to the supervisor.
• Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary documentation for shipments, returns, and receiving items.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work alongside other warehouse staff to meet daily goals and deadlines. Assist in cross-functional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving roles is preferred but not required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 – 85 lbs.
• Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced environment.
