Position Summary:

  • Support administrative duties across the Site, aiding the delivery of a high level of service that consistently exceeds customer satisfaction and drives operational excellence.
  • Responsible for supporting and exceeding operational excellence of all things relating to office functionality and upkeep. Specifically, but not limited to, meet & greet internal and external customers, receive incoming/outgoing mail, and maintain office supply and general upkeep.

Primary Functions:

The Receptionist will manage the front office daily, this individual will be responsible for but not limited to...

  • Greeting Visitors: Welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Phone Handling: Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Maintaining Reception Area: Ensuring the reception area is tidy and well-stocked with necessary materials.
  • Providing Information: Offering basic information in person or via phone/email.
  • Security Management: Controlling access via the reception desk, issuing visitor badges, and monitoring the logbook.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handling data entry, document preparation, and calendar management.
