Our Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for our members and visitors with professionalism while maintaining a high level of service excellence. The person in this role will perform various key clerical duties in supporting the organization including but not limited to maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area, maintaining security through video monitoring, issuing visitor badges, and special project work. The Receptionist also assists with facility-related duties, such as mail sorting, fulfilling and storing office supplies, monitoring inventory, and light housekeeping.
Essential Job Duties:
- Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values and vision of Network Health
- Appropriately apply all organizational, regulatory, and credentialing principles, procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies
- Welcomes and directs members and visitors for Network Health.
- Answers routine questions in accordance with standardized departmental procedures.
- Collects member premium payments and issues receipts as requested.
- Maintains security access from reception area
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of reception area.
- Responsible for weather-related, emergency and building safety announcements.
- Accepts deliveries from UPS/FedEx and other suppliers.
- Assist with various mail related tasks as needed. This includes sorting and distributing daily incoming mail or processing folding/stuffing outgoing envelopes.
- Orders and assists with office supply inventory.
- Assists with minor office/maintenance repairs and light housekeeping duties.
- Performs various clerical and administrative duties to support leaders by preparing reports and presentations, handling incoming information requests, and managing schedules.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Reception and general office experience preferred.
