Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of front-desk activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintain office supplies and reorder as necessary.
  • Provide support to other departments with various tasks as required.
  • Ensure the security of the office by monitoring visitor access and maintaining visitor logs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
