Essential Functions:

The individual with this position in our company will be expected, on a regular basis, to:

  • Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders and skid steers
  • Follow prescribed safety regulations
  • Communicate with the team on the jobsite to keep them safe and complete work correctly
  • Perform daily checks on equipment to ensure proper operating condition
  • Clean equipment as scheduled
  • Cooperate with others in a team environment
  • Accept direction from supervisors
  • Work in inclement weather; Lift, push, pull in excess of 50 lbs. Work in confined spaces

  • Reliable transportation to our projects throughout greater Atlanta, and possibly ride with the crew

Supervisory Responsibility:

This job has no supervisory responsibility.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of verifiable experience as a heavy equipment operator in civil construction
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment


Conditions of Employment:

Candidates may be asked to pass a drug test, and/or background check, depending on location and approval to driving privileges.
