SUMMARY
- Heavy Equipment Operators at Southeast Pipe must have a CDL Class A or B. CDL Class A without Restrictions is preferred. This position might operate one or more of the following: Boiler Truck, Combination Unit (VAC), Refrigerated Semi-Truck, Tool Truck, or other.
- CDL Drivers are our Heavy Equipment Operators and must be willing to learn and gain competency in one or more of the following areas: Professional Pipe Cleaning, Professional Pipe Inspection, Cured-in-Place (CIPP) Pipe Liner Installation, or Robotic Service Cutting.
- The CDL Driver / Heavy Equipment Operator position requires travel which usually consists of 4-5 nights per week. Travel pay is paid at a rate of $50/day for every full day of travel and prorated for partial days.
- Southeast is a Certified Drug-Free Workplace and requires hair testing before employment and periodically throughout employment with the company. The Heavy Equipment Operator occasionally must stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
