NW Civil Construction is hiring: Heavy Equipment Operator in McMinnville

We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to become a part of our team! We are a heavy civil contractor in the Willamette valley specializing in new construction site preparation, underground infrastructure/utilities and much more.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a variety of equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozers and more
• Work with Foreman, other operators and laborers to safely achieve project goals
• Inspect equipment before and after use
• Perform daily maintenance  
• Communicate need for maintenance or repair 
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a equipment operation, construction, or other related fields
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to handle physical workload
