RTG Investment LLC is hiring: Heavy Equipment Operator in Acton

The Construction Equipment Operator should possess a fundamental understanding of construction and have 2 or more years experience operating heavy equipment.

We are currently hiring individual who are capable of operating any of the following equipment.

1. Motor Grader
2. Compactor
3. Scraper
4. Excavator
5. Wheel Loader
6. Skid Steer

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Ability to operate mobile heavy equipment of various sizes and types such as a backhoe, excavator, bulldozers, compactors, trencher, scraper, loader, and more.

· Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.

· Excavate around existing utilities, above and below the ground, in a safe manner.

· Able to dig slopes when needed.

· Set up and put away job equipment.

· Minor daily maintenance of equipment.

· Hand dig around existing utilities when necessary.

· Carry and load materials to be used on the job.

· Follow all company safety policies and practices.

· Report any equipment repairs needed to the Equipment Manager.

Essential Education and Qualifications:

· Good verbal communication skills

· Must have valid driver’s license.

· 2+ year relevant experience.

· Knowledge of heavy-equipment operating principles.

· Working knowledge of hazards and safety precautions common to heavy equipment operations.

Physical Demands:

· Must be physically fit to endure the daily activity involved with the job

· Must be able to work in all weather conditions
