Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a CNC Operator position in an exciting warehouse facility! p- Prepare and operate CNC machines to blue print or mechanical drawing specifications. Load raw materials and parts onto machines, inspect and measure finished products. nbsp;Manual grinding, drilling and milling may be required. Requires bending, lifting, standing, walking./p p- Must be able to read a tape measure and understand basic blueprints./p p- Performs typical machine programming and loading of jobs to be burned./p p- Safely perform loading and unloading of metal plates using overhead crane/p pnbsp;Must be able to perform but not limited to the following tasks: Programming, Grinding,/p pnbsp;de-burring, Inspections, Operation of overhead crane and forklift./p p- Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department/p psupervisor./p pnbsp;Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows/p pprescribed safety regulations./p pnbsp;- Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required per the P.M./p pcharts./p pnbsp;- Must be familiar with the basic machine functions in order to perform the tasks stated/p pabove./p pnbsp;- Must be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and assistance with regard to/p pmachine set-up, Quality, Work processes and schedules./p p- Work needed overtime when machine schedules/times arent hit./p pRequired to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned./p
