Job Description
We are looking for a Paid Recruiter to assist with talent sourcing and attracting candidates to assist with hiring within our organization
A successful recruiter will collaborate with office managers on a regular basis and proactively assist with hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources. Our ideal recruiter is a self-starter who can work at times in an alone setting. We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a solid work ethic.
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities Include
· Assisting in implementation of overall recruiting strategy
· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
· Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
· Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
· Screen candidates resumes and job applications
· Assist in setting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
· Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
· Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
· Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
· Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
· Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
**Applicants must possess the ability to work alone as well as in a group setting. Being a self-starter is a must. Candidates must be able to work full-time. Some college is a (+) but not necessary.
Requirements
· Proven work experience as a Recruiter is a plus but not necessary
· Solid ability to utilize different types of communication (Phone/Text/Email/CRM)
· Ability to organize candidate contact process from initial contact to hire
· Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) is a plus but not necessary
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Assertiveness and confidence
· Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
· Goal-driven with ability to work under pressure
· Good problem-solving skills
· Team oriented
