Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in recruitment, demonstrating a strong understanding of the hiring process and a passion for connecting talented individuals with opportunities. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboard new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• A minimum of 6 months of direct experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Strong preference for candidates with Boolean search skills.
• Preferred experience in hiring for Manager and Director-level positions, as well as customer service representatives.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding logistics.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools, including ATS.
