Our Recruiters perform full-cycle recruiting for all roles in our Prisma Health Urgent Care centers, WellStreet and Corporate office as needed. This position requires the ability to develop and administer recruitment strategies, to successfully identify and retain highly qualified talent, that will contribute to an engaged and performance driven workforce. This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Essential Job Functions (includes but not limited to)
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting (includes but not limited to posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting and scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, processing backgrounds, hiring and on-boarding candidates) of all roles for WellStreet Urgent Care centers
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in our multi-site/multi-region organization
- Develop outreach strategies to identify, attract and maintain the best possible talent pool of candidates in advance of needs
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and conduct regular follow-up to determine effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Assess and maintain candidate information, job postings and other data using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Daily monitoring and updates in ATS as needed.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect position requirements
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing talent and analyzing responses
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with appropriate hiring managers
- Proactive sourcing and engaging with both active and passive candidates to build and maintain a strong network and candidate pool
- Research and recommend new sources for efficient candidate recruiting procedures
- Creative thinker and ability to create new recruiting approaches outside of posting opportunities on job boards
- Provide training to hiring managers on best practices for recruiting
- Provide great customer service to our internal and external customers by responding to all calls/email on a timely basis
- Prepare weekly recruiting metrics and report to TA Director and Manager as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a relevant field; years of experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven work experience in a Recruiter/HR role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification a plus
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Previous healthcare recruiting experience preferred
- Hybrid opportunity - Must be local to work onsite in Greenville and Columbia, SC as needed
- Effective sourcing/screening ability
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong interviewing, public speaking, negotiation, and closing skills
- Demonstrated proficiency using a variety of software applications including MS Office, ATS and HRIS systems. with MS Applications, ATS, and HRIS technology
- Strong communication skills to partner with internal/external partners and internal stakeholders as needed
- A team player who can build strong relationships both internally and externally while earning confidence of hiring managers and leadership team
- Credibility and confidence to interact across departments.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical thinking skills
- Must be able to work independently and remotely with limited supervision
- Must have well-developed organization and administrative skills and be detail-oriented
- Must have ability to manage numerous projects and tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to interact positively with diverse personalities and populations
- Must be able to work flexible business hours EST when needed
- Must be able to travel for recruiting events as needed to include all states where centers are located
- Required to maintain confidentiality in all situations
