The Recruiter for Care Coordination will meet Continuous Care staffing requirements and recruit dedicated virtual professionals to deliver high quality patient care for Continuous Care services. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and recruitment experience to efficiently attract and retain professionals that align with the organization's goals and standards.
The Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process for various clinical professionals to include but not limited to Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Medical Assistants.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit using a digital marketing strategy to solicit interested candidates.
- Source candidates by utilizing various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with professional organizations.
- Utilize recruitment strategies and tactics to identify and attract qualified clinical professionals.
- Utilize new tools and technologies to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment process.
- Create and maintain a talent pool of qualified virtual nursing candidates.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes, to include developing job descriptions, managing job requisitions, processing job profiles, posting jobs on various job boards, sourcing candidates, evaluating applicant information, vetting/screening applicants, interviewing viable candidates, scheduling subsequent interviews and debrief meetings, as well as extending offer letters to initiate the hiring process.
- Maintain professional relations with applicants and regularly provide information on interview process and progress.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment business process to include onboarding, background checks, reference checks, assessments, credentialing and privileging.
- Provide daily/weekly status updates on recruitment efforts and create weekly reports for management review.
- Capture and analyze recruiting metrics and implement process improvements based on industry best practices and trends.
- Proactively source backfill and turnover to sustain virtual nursing to support our clients and patients.
- Complete all recruiting activities in compliance with established policies, procedures, legal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with Jackson Healthcare Talent Acquisition team to align efforts for associate onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with the Corporate Values and Culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive recruitment experience in nursing or healthcare related field
- Proven experience in nursing recruitment, preferably in virtual environment
- Ability to manage a large number of requisitions
- Experience in Internet applications related to recruiting and data management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in various job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS
