Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting to understand hiring needs and develop strategies.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales, marketing, and various other roles.

• Manage job postings, review applications, and maintain candidate pipelines.

• Conduct onboarding and support new hires during the initial stages of employment.

• Track recruiting metrics and recommend improvements to the hiring process.

• Continually improve ATS system to streamline recruiting operations

What You Bring to the Role:

• Recruiting Experience: 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field (preferred but not required).

• Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

• Strong Communication: Confident and professional verbal and written communication skills.

• Growth-Oriented Mindset: Willingness to learn, take on challenges, and develop into a leadership position.

• Systems Knowledge: Experience with ATS systems (ClearCo preferred), but not required.
