Flex Force is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, training, and managing temporary employees. Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless and efficient staffing process that meets the needs of both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:
   - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates for temporary positions.
   - Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
   - Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing staffing needs.

2. Screening:
   - Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
   - Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
   - Administer pre-employment tests and background checks as required.

3. Onboarding:
   - Facilitate the onboarding process for new temporary employees, including preparing offer letters, completing necessary paperwork, orientation sessions and coordinating work schedules/duties.
   - Ensure all new hires are compliant with company policies and procedures.

4. Training:
   - Develop and deliver training programs to equip temporary employees with the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.
   - Ensure employees are knowledgeable of safety policies and procedures to ensure safety of everyone.
   - Provide ongoing support and development opportunities to enhance employee performance.

5. Management:
   - Serve as the main point of contact for temporary employees, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues that arise.
   - Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
   - Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure the placement of suitable candidates.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the temporary staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
