Overview

We are hiring an experienced and motivated Recruiter to help us build a high-performing, in-office team to support our rapid growth. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring top talent for sales, marketing, and other in-office roles. This is a unique opportunity to shape our team in a startup environment and contribute to our company's continued success.

This is a freelance position, and compensation is %10 per succesful hire.

This is strictly an in-office role in Scottsdale AZ, 5 days a week, and we're currently not open to remote.

Responsibilities
• Talent Sourcing: Leverage various methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates for in-office positions.
• Candidate Screening: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidate experience and qualifications against job requirements.
• Sales and Marketing Focus: Demonstrate expertise in recruiting for sales and marketing roles, ensuring candidates align with the needs of these key departments.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Collaboration: Partner with executives to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and strategize hiring processes.
• Startup Hiring Expertise: Bring a deep understanding of recruiting for startups, particularly in-office roles, to identify candidates who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong focus on hiring for sales and marketing roles in a startup or tech environment.
• Expertise in recruiting for in-office roles, particularly within a startup setting.
• Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for recruitment and a track record of building high-performing teams.
