Job Summary
IPConfigure is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for various technical and sales positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You will play a key role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we attract the best talent to support our innovative video surveillance solutions.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, offer negotiation, placement, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through various platforms including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each position and develop job descriptions.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline and build relationships with potential candidates.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation of recruitment processes.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends in the tech recruitment space.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote IPConfigure as an employer of choice.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.
- An understanding of the technology industry and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with hiring managers using a data-driven approach.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a Technical related field.
- 2+ years of successful full-cycle technical recruiting.
- Recruiting experience in the technology sector is preferred.
