About the Role:
As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your ultimate goal will be to attract and hire the most qualified candidates who will contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for a variety of positions and industries
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
Skills:
As an HR Recruiter, you will use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You will also use your knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques to identify and attract top talent. Additionally, you will use your organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Finally, you will use your attention to detail and analytical skills to screen resumes and applications and assess candidate qualifications.
