Job Title: HR Generalist (3-Month Contract)
Location: Kirkland, WA

LHH is currently seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team on a 3-month contract to support our HR department with various functions and projects.

Job Description: As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR operations. You will handle a variety of tasks including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. This position is ideal for a versatile HR professional looking to make a significant impact in a short period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to staff.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 3 months
• Location: Kirkland, WA

Pay Details: $31.00 to $39.00 per hour
