Job Description
We are in search of an HR Generalist to become a part of our team in Beavercreek, Ohio. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a range of tasks including recruiting, training, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration. This role offers a permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the recruitment process, from interviewing to bringing on board individuals with experience in the required job roles.
• Coordinate and deliver necessary employee training.
• Assist the management team with performance reviews, handling corrective actions, and documenting performance improvement plans.
• Participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex matters to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain HRIS and update departmental policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Keep informed on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

• Proficiency in Full Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with employees, management, and external partners
• Demonstrated knowledge of Compliance, ensuring all HR policies adhere to federal, state, and local regulations
• Experience in Employee Relations, adept at handling issues and inquiries to maintain positive work environment
• Experience in conducting New Employee Orientation, providing comprehensive introduction to company policies and culture
• Ability to create effective Job Postings, attracting candidates
